Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Manesar. As a Product Development Executive, you will be responsible for leading research and development projects to create innovative textile solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include develop products thru weaving, knitting , analyzing the products, collaborating with sales teams, and driving product innovation. You will also ensure timely delivery of required product strategies to meet market demands.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in fabric analysis, knowledge about yarn, foam and the ability to develop the the product thru woven technology or knit
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
• Experience in Sales and the ability to understand customer requirements
• Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) processes, particularly in textiles
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering,
• Prior experience in product development within the textiles industry itself
• knowledge about documentations like APQP, PFMEA, DFMEA, PPAP,
• Strong knowledge about BOM and product costing
• Must have experience to handle or with any OEM projects like Suzuki, Honda, Tata or etc
