Product Development Executive

The Product Development Executive supports the execution of new product development projects from concept to launch. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, assisting in prototype builds, ensuring documentation accuracy, and following up on project timelines. The position requires attention to detail, technical understanding, and the ability to work under direction to meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Documentation & Reporting – Prepare, update, and maintain technical and project documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness in line with company standards.
• Design & CAD Support – Review CAD models and drawings, assist in design iterations, generate/modify BOMs, mark engineering changes, and coordinate with design team using SolidWorks.
• Project Execution Support – Assist in implementing NPD projects as per the manager’s directives, including design coordination, vendor follow-ups, and internal team communication.
• Prototype & Testing Coordination – Support in arranging materials, coordinating prototype builds, and assisting in validation and testing activities.
• Vendor & Supplier Liaison – Communicate with suppliers to follow up on samples, components, and technical clarifications under manager supervision.
• Compliance & Standards – Ensure that work complies with relevant ISO and company quality standards.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering (BE/BTech) or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of product development processes and engineering documentation. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SolidWorks or design review tools.
• Understanding of ISO9000, ISO14000, and ISO45000 standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
