The objective is to create an engineering center with different capabilities, namely Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and others.”

Key Responsibility

• Build and develop a high-performing team.
• Review all requests for new proposals, as well as clarifications for ongoing/executed
• proposals and specific requirements, to identify potential gaps and pre-allocate internal resources.
• Coordinate teams responsible for preparing and/or reviewing proposals, ensuring deadlines are met to achieve set targets.
• Oversee and supervise the preparation of budget proposals, analyzing all project documentation, requesting additional clarifications when necessary, and ensuring the most competitive pricing.
• Finalize proposals in collaboration with Management, refining them for submission to the sales team.
• Support the development of both technical and behavioral skills while fostering alignment with the Group’s values and a positive work environment to ensure all team members feel valued.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional Mechanical Engineering experience.
• SAP knowledge

Goan Candidate will be preferred.

• Project knowledge
• Autocad knowledge
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
