Role Overview

Full Stack Developer

business analysts, product teams, UI/UX designers, and leadership

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

Design, develop, and maintain
end-to-end web and mobile applications
for event management.
Build scalable backend services and APIs to support:
Event planning & scheduling
Vendor & workforce management
Budgeting & approvals
Client dashboards & reporting
Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces.

System Architecture & Design

Define application architecture, database design, and system workflows.
Apply
design thinking principles
to create intuitive and scalable solutions.
Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Designers to convert requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers (if applicable).

Integration & Automation

Integrate third-party tools and services (payment gateways, CRM, analytics, notifications, mapping, etc.).
Support AI-based features, automation, and reporting where applicable.
Implement role-based access control and secure authentication.

Testing, Deployment & Maintenance

Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Support deployment, monitoring, and post-launch enhancements.

Technical Skills Required

Frontend Technologies

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
React.js / Angular / Vue.js
Responsive UI & cross-browser compatibility

Backend Technologies

Node.js / Java / Python / PHP (any strong backend framework)
RESTful API development
Authentication & authorization mechanisms

Database & Cloud

MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
Server deployment, CI/CD pipelines

Tools & Practices

Git / GitHub / GitLab
Agile / Scrum methodology
DevOps basics, containerization (Docker – preferred)

Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E
in Computer Science, IT, or related field
6+ years
of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong knowledge of
design thinking
and product-oriented development
