Key Responsibilities

🔸 Client Acquisition & Business Growth

  • Target new business opportunities with corporates, government bodies, industry associations, and exhibition organizers.
  • Drive lead generation and convert qualified leads into high-value clients for

    events, exhibitions, and stall fabrication

  • Understand client pain points and craft

    tailored solutions

    that address both business goals and experiential objectives.

🔸 Strategic Sales Development

  • Create and implement business strategies to

    expand market presence

    and penetrate untapped sectors.
  • Stay informed on competition, market shifts, and client demands to adjust approaches accordingly.
  • Work on pricing strategies and positioning for

    high-conversion proposals

🔸 Industry-Specific Execution Experience

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of

    venue coordination, fabrication timelines, permits, vendor ecosystems, and exhibition cycles

  • Ensure high-quality proposals for

    B2B exhibitions, conferences, brand activations, and custom booth setups

    .
  • Offer value-driven, consultative sales experiences to clients.

🔸 Client Relations & Internal Collaboration

  • Act as the senior point of contact for all client matters — from initial discovery to post-event debrief.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams — design, fabrication, production, servicing — to deliver on client expectations.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow, timelines, and quality adherence.

🔸 Team Mentorship & Leadership

  • Mentor and guide junior sales or BD executives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure

    proposal alignment, client experience, and execution quality

    .
  • Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and client presentations.

🔸 Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate reports for leads, proposals, conversions, and revenue targets.
  • Present regular business updates to leadership.
  • Meet and exceed

    monthly/quarterly sales KPIs

    and growth objectives.



Candidate Requirements

  • 10+ years of total experience

    with at least

    8 years in the events/exhibitions industry

    .
  • Proven ability to

    bring in new business independently

    and convert high-value opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of

    event execution, fabrication processes, on-ground management

    , and budgeting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal formats, and Microsoft Office.
  • A
