Product Development Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating and developing new products and improving existing products. Your role will involve conducting market research, collaborating with marketing, technical, and manufacturing specialists, and developing prototypes. To excel in this position, you should have engineering and design knowledge, a solid understanding of the prototype design process, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Key Responsibility: - Creating and enhancing products to meet market needs and maintain client competitiveness - Determining product specifications based on various factors and use cases - Developing prototypes to support manufacturing and design activities - Utilizing market research and sales data to ensure product viability and competitiveness - Conducting online research for new and existing product development - Submitting proposals and designs for review by the project team and management Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic/instrumentation engineering or industrial design - Diploma in electrical/electronic/instrumentation engineering or industrial design - Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience as a product developer/engineer - Exposure in PCB designs - Proficiency in using prototyping equipment and PCB design software (Altium or Autodesk) - Proficiency in using design software (SOLIDWORKS or Autodesk) and MS Office - Strong teamwork, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills Additional Details: The company is located at Lodha Supremus, Kolshet, Thane(W) and offers a full-time job with a budget of 30K-35K.
