What you will do In this vital role you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of organizational designs and execution of organizational design projects within Amgen. This role will involve partnering with HR, Finance, and functional organizations to maintain organizational designs tailored to organizational objectives. Responsibilities: Apply organizational design software and modeling tools to analyze and model organizational designs aligned with organizational strategies Support organizational design initiatives by driving the creation of supporting materials. Generate scenario analyses and engage with in-house analytics capabilities on implications Maintain reports and dashboards to evaluate organizational design workflows Handle and process sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Support the utilization of organizational design software and tools. Prepare materials for design workshops and follow up on action items. Generate reports and maintain dashboards to track project progress. Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed. Basic Qualifications: Masters degree and 1 to 3 years of organizational structure and design experience or change management, HR Business Partner or similar experience OR Bachelors degree and 3 to 5 years of organizational structure and design experience or change management, HR Business Partner or similar experience OR Diploma and 7 to 9 years of organizational structure and design experience or change management, HR Business Partner or similar experience OR Preferred Qualifications: Must Have Skills: Proficiency in organizational design, change management, and capability mapping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant organizational design tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities. Creating & developing designs, work with clients to understand their needs &translate them into visually appealing & functional designs. Job Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day activities at the project site. Ensure quality control of deliverables in coordination with the turnkey consultant. Implement design at the site as per project intent and requirements. Coordinate with design consultant, PMC, and site execution team for design changes during execution. Track and record design document submissions. Provide weekly, fortnightly, and monthly work progress reports to the client. Attend FAT, SAT & IST to ensure design specifications and functional tests are followed. Oversee hand-over after operations tests and full commissioning of services. Coordinate submission of "As Built" documentation with contractors and consultants. Close snags and issues during project execution. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Minimum 810 years of experience in design management for construction or engineering projects. Strong project management and communication skills. Proficiency in design software and tools. Experience in turnkey projects and quality control processes is a plus.

Candidate should have: Experience in Interpretation and understanding of engineering drawings. Experience in drafting of engineering drawings on AutoCAD 2D design software. Good knowledge of MS Office ( Word , Excel , Power Point etc.) Knowledge of Advance excel would be an additional advantage. Proficiency in English writing and speaking.
