Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the intake process to assess sourcing requirements and establish appropriate sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the full procurement cycle including requisitions, purchase orders, RFPs/RFQs, and supplier selection to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
• Draft, negotiate, and administer vendor contracts. Ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance, service levels, and cost savings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing, HR, Admin, and Finance to align sourcing strategies with departmental needs.
• Manage supplier onboarding, updates, and interactions through the supplier portal, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices through three-way matching (PO, Invoice, GRN), and resolve discrepancies in coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
• Work closely with the Finance team to monitor budgets, ensure spend compliance, and generate procurement reports and insights for decision-making.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with a strong focus on

  indirect spend categories

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle )and supplier portals.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across functions.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
