We’re hiring a Procurement Lead/Manager
who can own the entire purchasing function across the organization. This isn’t just about processing approvals—it’s about creating clarity, designing scalable processes, negotiating like a pro, and making sure every dollar spent delivers value.You’ll be the trusted go-to partner for every team—IT, HR, Finance, Operations—and the bridge between our people and our vendors. End-to-End Procurement
Take charge of all purchase requisitions—from the moment a request comes in to the final approval and delivery.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with teams like IT, Finance, HR, and Operations to understand requirements and recommend the best purchasing options.Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing, quality, and terms while maintaining fairness.Contracts & Compliance
Own vendor contracts, renewals, and performance tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.Process Excellence
Design simple, transparent, and scalable procurement processes that make purchasing seamless for everyone.Cost Optimization
Identify opportunities to save costs without cutting corners and share insights with leadership.Reporting & Insights
Prepare reports on procurement activities, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives for leadership review.A Day in the Life
You’ll start by reviewing incoming purchase requests, aligning with department heads on priorities, and checking on vendor commitments. Midday might involve negotiating a deal with a supplier, finalizing a contract renewal, or solving a logistics issue for Operations. You’ll wrap up by updating your procurement tracker, reviewing budgets, and sharing quick updates with leadership. Every day, you’ll balance strategy with execution—making sure the right resources are available at the right time.What You’ll Bring
6–10 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain rolesA mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution—comfortable negotiating contracts and managing day-to-day requestsStrong communication and collaboration skills—you’ll be working with every departmentOrganization, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindsetFamiliarity with procurement tools or ERP systems (and comfort with Excel/Google Sheets)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus, not a must)Where ThisRole
