Job Description — Process Trainer Locations: • C-71, Sector-63, Noida Role: Process Trainer Job Type: Full-time | 6 Days Working Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 / month (based on interview & experience) Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Training/Operations preferably in cataloging/marketplace processes) Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Process Trainer to support training, development, and upskilling of Project Delivery teams in India MART cataloging processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members, managers, and stakeholders to build robust training programs that ensure high productivity, quality, and consistency across both Noida & Dehradun centers. This role requires strong training design and delivery skills, excellent communication, and the ability to assess training effectiveness regularly. Key Responsibilities Training & Development • Collaborate with team leaders, managers, and stakeholders to identify training needs. • Design, develop, and update training content, modules, and materials (in-house or outsourced). • Conduct training sessions for new joiner’s on India MART product know-how and process standards. • Deliver refresher training sessions based on performance feedback and process updates. Training Execution • Track and report training session completion. • Ensure all assigned teams complete training in a timely manner. • Publish monthly / quarterly training reports and insights to leadership. Performance Tracking • Monitor individual performance during and after training. • Evaluate training effectiveness using regular assessments. • Provide recommendations for improvement based on assessment outcomes. Process Ownership • Revise and update training content as process changes occur. • Communicate training updates and best practices to business teams. • Travel to Dehradun office as required to support training across locations. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria Apply ONLY if you meet ALL the criteria below: ✔ Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th & Graduation (no exceptions) ✔ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in training, operations, or process coaching ✔ Strong communication and presentation skills ✔ Excellent coordination and stakeholder management ✔ Comfortable with fast-paced, performance-driven environment ✔ Ability to design training content and assessments ✔ Must have a personal laptop and Android smartphone Competencies & Skills ✔ Strong command over MS Excel (for reporting and tracking) ✔ Coaching mindset with ability to engage adult learners ✔ High ownership, accountability, and detail orientation ✔ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
