Job Description

As a Learning Services Specialist - Process Trainer, you play a crucial role in equipping agents with the necessary knowledge and skills for success. Your responsibilities include delivering engaging training sessions, supervising agent teams during training periods, collaborating with Operations leaders, and providing tactical support to the Learning Services Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee agent onboarding and ensure necessary system access and training room set up. - Design and develop comprehensive training programs for Operations product training and refresher courses. - Deliver engaging training sessions on products and systems using various methodologies. - Support transitions from classroom to on-the-job training by providing feedback and developing action plans. - Assess post-training knowledge retention and performance to address gaps through targeted coaching. - Monitor attendance and performance of agents during training and recommend transitions to production. - Handle operations calls to stay updated and support complex customer issues. - Support the onboarding and development of less experienced team members. Qualifications: - 3+ years of sales or upsell training experience. - Graduate in any field. - Certifications in training and development. - B2/C1 oral and written English proficiency.
