Role Overview: We're looking for seasoned UX/UI Designers from Lead to Manager level who can envision and elevate our marketing campaigns and digital experiences . The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of driving significant impact through innovative design systems and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Strategic UX Leadership: Own the UX lifecycle for CashKaro and EarnKaro marketing campaigns, aligning designs with business KPIs (e.g., conversions, retention). Ideate and implement high-impact features to address drop-offs, activation hurdles, and other friction points in the user journey. Build and execute hypothesis-driven UX strategies using data-backed insights and lean methodologies. Design Systems & Governance: Oversee the design system lifecycle, including tokenization, component creation, and asset standardization across platforms. Manage atomic design principles to ensure scalability and consistency in the design language. Collaborate with engineering to maintain design-to-dev parity, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation. Research & Data-Driven Insights: Lead qualitative research initiatives such as usability studies, user interviews, and heuristic evaluations. Collaborate with product and data teams to analyze funnel metrics, user behaviors, and session recordings, identifying actionable insights. Own the design analytics dashboard, mapping key user journeys to track Product Innovation & Collaboration: Drive R&D sprints to prototype and test usability enhancements and experimental features. Partner with product teams to map out MVPs, prioritize backlog items, and align Retention & Activation Optimization: Design personalized user flows that cater to different audience segments, focusing on retention and re-engagement. Create design strategies and interactions that reduce churn and improve activation rates. Drive engagement improvement of new and lapsed users by. Team Management & Mentorship: Manage task prioritization and delivery timelines within a POD-based agile workflow. Mentor designers on interaction design principles, design heuristics, and career growth. Define quarterly OKRs/KPIs for the design team and track progress. Competitive Intelligence: Benchmark competitors’ UX practices and identify gaps to inform feature differentiation. Conduct competitive teardown analyses, proposing innovative solutions to drive product advantage. Must-Have Skills: UX Strategy & Information Architecture: Experience in crafting end-to-end user journeys, site maps, and wireflows. Design System Expertise: Advanced knowledge of token management, modular UI frameworks, and scalable components. Prototyping Tools: Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, including advanced component creation and team libraries. Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Hotjar to map user behavior and inform design. Product Thinking: Strong grasp of Lean UX principles, MVP prioritization, and impact vs. effort analysis. Agile Workflow Mastery: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello for sprint planning and cross-functional collaboration.
