Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to drive data-backed pricing strategies across categories. This role will play a key part in improving margins, competitiveness, and merchant satisfaction in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze pricing data, cost structures, and market trends to recommend optimal pricing strategies
Monitor competitor pricing and market dynamics to ensure competitiveness
Collaborate with Category, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance teams
Build pricing models to evaluate margins, discounts, and promotions
Track pricing performance, gross margins, and contribution margins
Support new category launches and city expansions with pricing insights
Identify pricing leakages and margin improvement opportunities
Prepare regular pricing reports and dashboards for leadership

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, or related field
2–5 years of experience in pricing, analytics, or revenue management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
