Role Overview The Head of Operations will be responsible for building and scaling our last-mile delivery fleet to handle high volumes of bulk orders within a 30-minute window. You will lead the operations strategy, optimizing processes and performance across logistics, fleet management, and inventory systems to ensure seamless delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and scale operations, focusing on building an efficient and scalable last-mile fleet for bulk order delivery within 30 minutes.Continuously improve operations through data-driven insights to optimize delivery times, fleet management, and inventory control.Oversee the end-to-end operations process, from order fulfillment to delivery execution, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation.Collaborate with technology teams to build tools that optimize logistics and track operational performance.Define and track operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Key Requirements Must have experience in building and scaling quick-commerce supply chains, handling high volumes of bulk orders and optimizing last-mile delivery.5+ years of experience in operations management or logistics, with a focus on quick-commerce or similar fast-paced environments.Strong knowledge of B2B logistics, fleet management, and inventory control in high-growth settings.Proven ability to optimize processes and drive efficiency using data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).Demonstrated success in leading teams and scaling operations in a startup or high-growth environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in managing large-scale last-mile delivery fleets, especially for B2B e-commerce.Familiarity with operational tools and technologies for logistics and route optimization.
