Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Operations located in Kochi. The Head of Operations will oversee and optimize daily business operations to achieve organizational goals and enhance efficiency. Responsibilities include managing teams, ensuring effective communication across departments, analyzing operational performance, and implementing strategies for improvement. The role also involves budgeting, resource allocation, and collaboration with senior leadership to support business growth. We offer this positions to Female staff.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Relevant industry experience or exposure is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
