Oniste: Navi Mumbai

Pay: $2.5-$3.3 million INR

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee all operational functions, including Production Control, Purchasing, Materials, Quality, Facility Maintenance, and Aftermarket. This role drives operational excellence, ensures compliance with ISO/API standards and safety regulations, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities include managing and developing departmental managers, optimizing production and inventory processes, maintaining facilities, and leading quality and safety initiatives. The Head of Operations will also manage budgets, support strategic planning, and collaborate across teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; or 10+ years of relevant experience in operations leadership.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, materials management, or quality management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, quality systems (ISO/API), and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MRP/ERP systems.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
