Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the organizational structure of the department and make required changes to meet business requirements.

Govern and manage SCM, Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineering Functions to meet organization as well as departmental goals.

Continuously evaluate the performance using effective metrics for all three Functions viz. SCM, Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineering and take required actions.

Drive development of SOPs for various critical processes for all three functions and ensure execution of orders accordingly.
