Software Engineer Power Platforms. ROLE PURPOSE We are looking for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer for our team working with MS Power Platform technologies, who is a technology enthusiast, and eager to grow their career in a culture of modern software engineering practices, continuous improvement, and innovation. As a Software Engineer, you will be leading a team working on enterprise scale business applications using MS Power Platform and other technologies. You will lead development, enhancement and maintenance of solutions adding a real value to the organisation. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders, and lead technical discussions on requirements analysis, solution design, and implementation approach Design, build, test, deploy, and support your application Review solutions built by your team, ensure that best practices and standards are followed Actively contribute to technology roadmap of your application Ensure effective knowledge management, learning, and development in your team Perform line management activities such as duty of care, coaching, performance management, resource planning etc. FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL SKILLS Skills and Experience: 4+years of experience in software development with extensive experience as a Software Engineer 4+ years of hands-on experience on Microsoft Power Platform technologies, expertise in Power Automate, extensive knowledge on Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas), Dataverse Experience of technically leading teams that build low code / no code solutions using MS Power Platform technologies Experience of integrating various components of MS Power Platform with other applications and third-party components, like Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint etc. Experience of building custom connectors, APIs, plugins, and PCF in MS Power Platform Knowledge of Azure Event Grid, Azure Logic Apps Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Chartered Accountant with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in the finance domain. You will work closely with the Finance Head to support critical business and finance functions, including financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects. What you will achieve in this role: Financial Reporting & Closing Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities Assist with conversion of IFRS 4 based financial results to IFRS 17 based outputs. Preparing results, both under Premium Allocation Approach model and General Measurement Model for contracts under Intact UK&I and assisting in consolidation of results with Canada based Group entities. Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of statutory and internal audits Preparation of system interface reconciliations Financial Planning and Analysis Support preparation of annual budgets, roll forecasts, and variance analysis Assist in creating dashboards and MIS reports for leadership reviews Internal Controls & Compliance Help implement and monitor internal control frameworks in line with SOX/IFC standards Business Partnering Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Actuarial, Group Finance, FP&A, Finance systems and FCF) for financial insights Implementing group wide solutions across workstreams ranging from Group Financial reporting to Finance System transformation Process Improvements & Projects Identify automation opportunities and drive efficiency in reporting processes Participate in key finance transformation or ERP enhancement initiatives What do you bring to this role: • Qualified Chartered Accountant (0–2 years post-qualification experience) • Experience in financial reporting, audit, or controllership • Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and exposure to IFRS • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of SAP or other ERPs (Oracle) is a plus • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
