We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Pre-Sales Executive to bridge the gap between client needs and business offerings—both for our core RCM services and emerging healthcare products . This role is crucial in qualifying leads, supporting the sales team with solution proposals, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Qualification & Engagement Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify potential clients based on fit and business needs Conduct discovery calls to understand pain points and propose relevant service/product offerings Maintain CRM hygiene and track lead status, conversations, and next steps Solutioning & Proposal Development Collaborate with delivery and product teams to create tailored service proposals, presentations, and scope documents Prepare RFP/RFI responses and client-facing decks with precision and professionalism Support demo preparation and assist with solution storytelling during sales conversations 🔹 Product Pre-Sales Support Understand product roadmap, features, and client value proposition Assist in giving product walkthroughs or coordinating with the product manager for detailed demos Act as a bridge between client feedback and internal product improvement discussions 🔹 Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the sales, delivery, and product teams to align go-to-market strategy Provide weekly reports on lead funnel, pipeline health, and sales support metrics Support in organizing webinars, product launches, and marketing initiatives as needed Qualifications & Skills 2–4 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or solution consulting in healthcare or IT services Knowledge of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) , Risk Adjustment , or HCC Coding is preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho A problem-solver with attention to detail and the ability to multitask Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or life sciences (MBA is a plus) What We Offer A mission-driven team building solutions that matter in U.S. healthcare Exposure to both product and services side of healthcare operations Opportunities for growth across sales, strategy, and solutioning Dynamic team culture with strong leadership support To apply, write to us at: 📩 hr@s2mhealth.com 📍Subject: Application for Pre-Sales Executive – RCM & Product
