Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of pre-sales associates, setting clear performance expectations and ensuring high productivity.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads from various sources, including online platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Client Engagement: Ensure effective communication with potential customers to understand their needs, budget, and preferences.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information, ensuring data integrity and streamlined processes.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers and provide necessary support for improved conversions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Generate reports on lead conversion rates, analyze data, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Process Optimization: Continuously refine pre-sales procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a superior experience for prospects.
Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers via telephone and email to provide detailed information about projects, offers, and brand promotions.
Site Visit Coordination: Encourage and persuade clients to visit project sites for a firsthand experience.
Follow-up & Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with prospects through follow-up calls and emails, gathering feedback and fostering trust.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or business development, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is essential.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis.
Leadership Ability: Experience managing and mentoring a team.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and scripts accurately while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Target Orientation: Strong goal-setting mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
