Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and generate potential leads through calls, referrals, and market research.
  • Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Conduct pre-sales calls and meetings to understand client requirements.
  • Present project details, pricing, and timelines to prospective clients.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaign execution and lead nurturing.
  • Track and report lead conversion metrics and pre-sales activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to strategize on lead conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or sales support in the construction/real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines.
