Role Description

Pre-Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the

  CRE team

  to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage the complete

  lead qualification and nurturing process

  to drive conversions.
• Conduct project presentations, client interactions, and virtual/onsite walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with the

  Sales & Marketing

  teams to align strategies and optimize lead quality.
• Track team performance, monitor CRM dashboards, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Provide regular insights on customer behavior, lead conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
• Train and upskill the team to maintain high standards of customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (

  MBA preferred

  ).

• 5+ years of experience

  in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / CRM, preferably in

  real estate

  .
• Proven ability to

  lead a team

  and

  achieve pre-sales or sales targets

  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client handling skills.
• Proficiency in

  CRM tools

  and

  Excel/Google Sheets

  .
