Summary

Vaishnaoi Group is a diversified business establishment with a 25-year legacy. We’re looking for a CRM Manager who can lead efforts to maintain and enhance customer databases, develop targeted communication strategies, and optimize customer engagement to drive sales and retention


Role Description

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction while contributing to overall business growth.
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of customer databases, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Utilize CRM data to segment customers and create targeted marketing campaigns and communications.
  • Build and update customer profiles to better understand their preferences, behaviors, and needs.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and social media, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, feedback forms, and other channels to identify areas for improvement.
  • Track and report on CRM performance metrics, including customer acquisition, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry with a focus on CRM management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends and customer behaviors.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a customer-centric approach.
