Job Description

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)


Responsibilities

·        Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in person.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

·        Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

·        Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

·        Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

·        Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to ensure customer needs are met.

·        Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer trends and feedback.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English Telugu Hindi.
