Oversee and manage telesales operations to ensure seamless and achievement of targets. Establish and maintain strong client relationship, acting as the primary point of contact for engagement and reporting. Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to scripts and standards. Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill in english and malayalam. Should have own laptop. Female staffs preferred.
