About the Role: As an Executive Assistant , you’ll work closely with the Director to manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, communication, and special projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the leadership team’s time is optimized, projects are on track, and the brand’s vision translates seamlessly into execution. About the Role: As a Marketing Assistant , you’ll support our brand and marketing initiatives through content creation, campaign execution, event coordination, and social media management. You’ll work closely with the marketing head and creative team to ensure that every touchpoint — online and offline — reflects the Srishti experience: elegant, personalized, and emotionally resonant.
