CRM Manager – Sales & Revenue (Automobile Spare Parts – 4W)

Role Objective

sales-focused CRM Manager from the automobile industry only

Key Responsibilities (Sales-Driven)

  • Own

    revenue generation through CRM

    by driving

    cross-selling and upselling

    across existing customers.
  • Identify

    high-potential customers

    , buying patterns, and opportunities to increase

    average order value

    .
  • Support and push the sales team with

    product recommendations, schemes, and bundled offerings

    .
  • Track and follow up on

    pending orders, lost sales, and repeat sales opportunities

    .
  • Manage

    CRM executives and sales support team

    with clear

    sales targets and daily tracking

    .
  • Prepare and analyze

    daily, weekly, and monthly MIS

    on:
  • Sales performance
  • Order conversion
  • Cross-sell revenue
  • Team productivity
  • Ensure

    timely follow-ups on quotations, SO conversions, and collections

    .
  • Coordinate with

    warehouse, logistics, and accounts

    to reduce order delays and revenue leakage.
  • Handle

    key customer escalations

    with a commercial mindset.
  • Drive

    process discipline

    to ensure no sales opportunity is missed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory:

    Experience in the

    automobile industry only

    .
  • Strong product knowledge of

    four-wheeler spare parts and accessories

    .
  • Proven experience in

    sales support, CRM-led selling, cross-selling, and upselling

    .
  • Strong command over

    MIS creation, sales dashboards, and performance tracking

    .
  • Minimum

    4–7 years of experience

    in CRM / Sales Operations / Auto Spare Parts sales support.
  • Excellent skills in

    Excel, CRM systems, and data analysis

    .
  • Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience with

    auto spare parts distributors, dealerships, or aftermarket sales setups

    .
  • Worked in

    target-driven, high-volume sales environments

    .
  • Commercially smart, data-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Immediate or short notice period preferred.

Compensation

  • CTC:

    ₹4.0 LPA – ₹6.0 LPA
  • Performance-linked incentives may be considered.
