As our inbound sales and project pipeline grows, we are strengthening our Pre-Sales function to improve estimation accuracy, documentation quality, and delivery readiness before projects move into execution.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Business Analyst who will play a critical role in shaping client proposals, estimates, and project foundations.

This role is not a post-sales or project execution role. It is a pure pre-sales documentation and estimation role, working closely with leadership and delivery teams to ensure that every deal handed over to execution is well-defined, realistic, and delivery-ready.

*The role does not require regular client calls.
*Focus is on analysis, documentation, estimation, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Pre-Sales Analysis & Documentation

• Understand client requirements shared by the CEO / Sales team
• Convert discussions into:
• Requirement documents
• Scope documents
• Functional & non-functional specifications
• Ensure clarity, completeness, and feasibility in all documents

* Estimation & Planning

• Prepare detailed effort estimates, timelines, and delivery assumptions
• Draft resource and staffing plans for proposed projects
• Collaborate with:
• Delivery Managers
• Project Managers
• Technical Leads
• to validate estimates and timelines

* Sales & Delivery Alignment

• Act as a bridge between Sales and Delivery
• Ensure proposals reflect realistic delivery expectations
• Support leadership with structured data for decision-making
• Assist in proposal finalisation before client submission

* Process & Quality Improvement

• Maintain consistency across proposals and estimates
• Improve estimation accuracy over time based on delivery feedback
• Support refinement of pre-sales templates and documentation standards

What This Role Will NOT Involve

• No daily client coordination or support calls
• No sprint planning or Jira ownership
• No project execution or delivery management
• No BA work after project handover

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Business Analyst
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Requirement gathering & documentation
• Effort estimation and scope definition
• Good understanding of:
• Software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Web and mobile application projects
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with senior stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking

• Hybrid role , 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST

Compensation

• Monthly salary range: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000
