Pre-Sales Associate

Position Overview

We are hiring Pre-Sales Associates to manage customer calls, follow-ups, and site visit coordination for our residential luxury apartment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and excellent follow-up discipline.

While real estate experience is the priority, candidates from the banking and insurance sectors with strong customer-handling experience are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Calling & Initial Engagement

Call prospective customers from incoming leads, cold calling and understand their requirements.

Provide accurate information regarding project features, pricing, and availability.

Lead Follow-Up

Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to progress them through the sales pipeline.

Respond promptly to queries via calls, emails, or WhatsApp.

Site Visit Coordination

Schedule and confirm site visits based on customer availability.

Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless visit experiences.

PostSite Visit Follow-Up

Follow up with customers after site visits to collect feedback and assess buying interest.

Encourage customers to move forward in the decision-making process.

CRM & Reporting

Update lead status, follow-up notes, and visit schedules accurately in the CRM system.

Prepare daily and weekly follow-up and site visit reports.

Achieving Sales Targets

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Support marketing activities like property expos, events, and promotional campaigns

Qualifications & Experience

Any graduate.

1 - 3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer service.

Candidates from the banking sector with customer-facing roles are welcome.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
