Role Overview

PPC Expert

Key Responsibilities


PPC Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and launch campaigns on

    Google Ads

    ,

    Facebook & Instagram Ads

    , and

    Bing Ads

    .
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover high-value opportunities.
  • Write and optimize compelling ad copy tailored to target personas.
  • Collaborate with design/development teams to build conversion-optimized landing pages.


Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Manage campaign performance via Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Bing interface.
  • Monitor metrics: CTR, Quality Score, CPC, CPA, ROAS.
  • Produce weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting actionable insights.
  • Set up accurate conversion tracking and ensure proper attribution across platforms.

Budget Management & Optimization

  • Allocate and manage daily/monthly budgets across channels.
  • Optimize bids (manual & automated) to maximize ROI and control CPA.
  • Monitor spend and adjust to prevent budget waste.

Continuous Optimization & A/B Testing

  • Run ongoing A/B tests on creatives, copy, CTAs, and landing pages.
  • Analyze test results and implement winning variants.
  • Rotate campaigns and target new audience segments to maintain momentum.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on PPC platform changes, including Google, Meta, and Bing algorithm updates.
  • Analyze competitors to identify best practices and strategic opportunities.
  • Test new tools or formats (e.g., retargeting, smart bidding, audience lists).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with content and design teams to align messaging and creative assets.
  • Coordinate with sales/lead-nurturing teams to ensure quality of leads and smooth hand-offs.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years

    of hands-on PPC experience managing campaigns on

    Google Ads

    ,

    Meta Ads

    , and

    Bing Ads

    .
  • Proven track record of delivering high-ROI campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills—able to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Expertise in conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign mechanics.
  • Exceptional written communication—ability to craft persuasive ad copy.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

  • Google Ads Certification

    (Search, Display, Video).
  • Certification or experience with

    Meta Ads

    (Facebook Blueprint).
  • Proficiency in tools like

    Google Analytics

  • Strong Excel skills for reporting and data-driven decision-making.
