Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)

·       Masters degree in Power Electronics is optional and considered as an advantage

·       3 - 6 years of industry experience in power electronics design, validation preferably with AC/DC power supplies

·       Proficiency in power supply & its topologies, magnetic components & design (transformers, inductors, line filters etc.), analog control,digital control,thermal design

·       Strong expertise in Altium Designer for schematic capture, PCB layout, and design reviews

·       Experience in EMI/EMC compliance, thermal management, industry quality and safety standards (ISO 9001, UL/IEC) certifications

·       Ability to analyze and optimize PCB layouts for signal integrity, power efficiency, and thermal performance

·       Must possess basic soldering skills and troubleshoot defective PCBs if needed

·       Design simulation tools knowledge e.g. PSpice,LTspice,MathCad and Matlab etc

·       Knowledge of handling mechanical design tool

·       Strong background in system design from industries such as: UPS, PV inverters, Power supplies, Energy storage, or similar

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail when designing and debugging hardware

·       Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple open-ended tasks in a fast-paced environment

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly document work and present design concepts

·       Team oriented with startup mindset
