Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)

Masters degree in Power Electronics is optional and considered as an advantage

3 - 6 years of industry experience in power electronics design, validation preferably with AC/DC power supplies

Proficiency in power supply & its topologies, magnetic components & design (transformers, inductors, line filters etc.), analog control,digital control,thermal design

Strong expertise in Altium Designer for schematic capture, PCB layout, and design reviews

Experience in EMI/EMC compliance, thermal management, industry quality and safety standards (ISO 9001, UL/IEC) certifications

Ability to analyze and optimize PCB layouts for signal integrity, power efficiency, and thermal performance

Must possess basic soldering skills and troubleshoot defective PCBs if needed

Design simulation tools knowledge e.g. PSpice,LTspice,MathCad and Matlab etc

Knowledge of handling mechanical design tool

Strong background in system design from industries such as: UPS, PV inverters, Power supplies, Energy storage, or similar

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail when designing and debugging hardware

Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple open-ended tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly document work and present design concepts

Team oriented with startup mindset
