PMO Lead

The PMO Lead will be responsible for driving the successful execution of all projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and maintaining strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of manufacturing and automation project lifecycles, from RFQ handling to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities •
Project Governance & Strategy1. Develop and implement project management frameworks, templates, and governance processes in line with HYA Tech’s objectives.2. Establish KPIs and reporting structures for project tracking and stakeholder communication. • Project Execution & Delivery3. Lead multiple automation and fixture manufacturing projects from initiation to commissioning.4. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.5. Coordinate RFQ/RFI processes, pricing, and techno-commercial proposals with engineering and business development teams. • Cross-Functional Leadership6. Drive collaboration between design, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and installation teams to achieve seamless project delivery.7. Facilitate customer kick-off meetings, milestone reviews, and change management processes. • Risk & Issue Management8. Identify technical, resource, and supply chain risks early, and implement mitigation strategies.9. Ensure proactive problem-solving to minimize delays and cost overruns. • Client & Stakeholder Management10. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership on project status, escalations, and deliverables.11. Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to support long term business growth. • Continuous Improvement12. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.13. Introduce process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize resource utilization

Pay: ₹900,024.00 - ₹1,467,596.23 per year
