JOB DESCRIPTION : LIAISON ARCHITECT 1. Brief. As a Liaison Architect within the Real Estate Industry, your primary objective is to ensure regulatory compliance, facilitate permit acquisition, and coordinate effectively among stakeholders involved in residential and commercial projects. Your duties include: - 2. Key Responsibilities. (a) Liaison & Approvals: (i) Coordinate with government authorities such as PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, Town Planning, MIDC, MOEF, AAI, MSEDCL, NHAI, RERA, and Revenue Departments for project approvals. (ii) Obtain necessary sanctions, NOCs, and permits for building plans, environment clearances, fire safety, aviation, and utility connections from respective Government Departments. (iii) Ensure compliance with local municipal regulations, environmental norms, and DCR guidelines. (iv) Handle change of land use, zoning approvals, and property title documentation. (b) Architectural & Regulatory Compliance: (i) Prepare, review, and submit architectural drawings, building plans, and master layouts as per government norms. (ii) Prepare and submit Feasibility Reports for management review. (iii) Ensure adherence to the National Building Code (NBC), UDCPR, and RERA guidelines. (iv) Provide technical input to the design team to ensure compliance with regulatory norms. (v) Work closely with legal teams for title verification, land acquisition compliance, and dispute resolutions. (vi) Coordinate with all stakeholders for site visits of Regulatory Authorities (c) Coordination & Documentation: (i) Liaise with structural engineers, town planners, surveyors, and legal advisors to facilitate project execution.
