Plant Human Resources Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Administration

• Manage HRIS, attendance, leave records, and employee master data
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll coordination, and MIS reporting
• Ensure smooth coordination between plant HR and corporate HR

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Fulfill manpower requirements through local hiring, ITIs, agencies
• Conduct recruitment drives, skill tests, and walk-ins
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction programs

Statutory Compliance & Labor Law Management

• Ensure full compliance with all relevant labor and factory laws:
• Factories Act, ESIC, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Minimum Wages, etc.
• Handle contract labor management and documentation
• Prepare for and manage audits, inspections, and external compliance checks

Employee Relations & Disciplinary Handling

• Address grievances, interpersonal conflicts, and disciplinary actions
• Conduct inquiries, issue warning/termination letters where necessary
• Maintain a peaceful and positive industrial environment

Training & Development

• Identify training needs and create training calendars
• Coordinate technical, safety, and soft skill training at the plant
• Maintain records and evaluate training effectiveness

Performance Management

• Facilitate KPI setting, probation reviews, and appraisals
• Support department heads in identifying high/low performers
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in performance data handling

Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Organize employee engagement and welfare activities
• Oversee plant amenities: canteen, rest areas, transportation, PPE compliance
• Maintain hygiene, health, and safety protocols in line with company standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
