Role Description: Plant HR (Full-Time | On-Site – Sonipat)

The Plant HR Executive will oversee and manage human resources activities at the manufacturing unit. This role involves ensuring smooth HR operations, managing employee relations, maintaining statutory compliance, supporting recruitment, and fostering a positive work environment at the plant. The Plant HR will work closely with production and management teams to ensure effective workforce management and adherence to company policies.


Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage day-to-day HR functions at the plant
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Coordinate hiring for plant-level positions
  • Conduct interviews, screenings, and workforce planning

Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and grievances
  • Promote a safe, productive, and harmonious work environment
  • Conduct regular employee engagement activities

Statutory Compliance & Payroll Support

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and statutory requirements (ESI, PF, etc.)
  • Coordinate with payroll team for attendance, leaves, and wage calculations

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs for plant employees
  • Coordinate skill development and safety training sessions

Health, Safety & Welfare

  • Monitor workplace safety, hygiene, and welfare amenities
  • Support implementation of HR and safety policies


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Plant HR or HR Operations (manufacturing industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
  • Ability to handle employee engagement and conflict resolution
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Additional Requirements

    • Fluent English speaking skills preferred
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
    • Strong people management and coordination skills
