Job Description

As a Plant HR professional at Rajputana Industries Limited in Reengus, Rajasthan, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day HR operations at the plant. Rajputana Industries Limited is a renowned name in the manufacturing sector, and we are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a sound understanding of compliance requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handling end-to-end HR operations for plant employees, including fitters, operators, electricians, and contract labor. - Coordinating and ensuring compliance with PF & ESIC departments. - Maintaining statutory records and ensuring adherence to labor laws and industrial regulations. - Actively liaising with the Labor Department and managing inspections, returns, and audits. - Monitoring and managing the deployment of contract workforce. - Building strong interpersonal relationships across departments to effectively manage the workforce. - Handling grievances and disciplinary procedures according to company policy. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent. - 4+ years of experience in plant-level HR, particularly in manufacturing or heavy industry. - Hands-on experience in dealing with blue-collar workforce and contract labor. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to independently manage HR operations at the plant level. **Preferred Candidates:** - Local candidates or those willing to relocate to the Reengus area. - Previous exposure to similar industries and work environments.
