Job Description

As the HR Manager, your role involves ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations. You will need to stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards to effectively manage and supervise the HR department staff. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment and selection processes, such as sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance the overall HR function. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the HR department staff - Oversee recruitment and selection processes - Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures - Design and run employee training and development programs - Maintain HR records, including employee files and compensation information - Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts - Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations - Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees Qualifications Required: - Education: Master's degree preferred - Experience: 3 years in HR preferred Please note that this is a full-time position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday.
