Job Description

Inventory Management: o Maintain accurate stock levels and monitor inventory movements. o Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. o Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.  Order Processing: o Process incoming and outgoing orders efficiently. o Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods. o Ensure proper documentation of all transactions.  Store Operations: o Manage daily store activities, including housekeeping and safety compliance. o Monitor and maintain the overall condition of the store. o Implement best practices to improve store efficiency.  Coordination and Reporting: o Liaise with internal departments (procurement, production, accounts) to meet business needs. o Provide regular reports on stock levels, shortages, and excess inventory to the Vice President. o Address and resolve any discrepancies or operational issues.  Team Management: o Supervise and train store staff. o Allocate tasks and monitor performance. o Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
