Store Representative

The primary responsibility of this role is to effectively manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and monitoring inventory movements. Timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials must be maintained, along with conducting regular stock audits and reconciliation. Efficient processing of incoming and outgoing orders is crucial, including coordination with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods. Proper documentation of all transactions related to order processing is required for record-keeping purposes. Managing daily store operations is essential, which includes overseeing housekeeping and safety compliance activities. Monitoring and maintaining the overall store condition, as well as implementing best practices to enhance store efficiency, are key aspects of this role. Coordination and reporting play a vital role in this position, involving collaboration with internal departments such as procurement, production, and accounts to meet business requirements. Regular reports on stock levels, shortages, excess inventory, and other relevant information need to be provided to the Vice President. Addressing and resolving any discrepancies or operational issues is also part of the responsibilities. Team management is another essential component, involving supervising and training store staff, allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
