Store Representative

As the Inventory Manager, your primary role is to effectively manage inventory by ensuring accurate stock levels and monitoring inventory movements. You will be responsible for timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, conducting regular stock audits, and reconciling inventory. - Efficiently process incoming and outgoing orders, coordinating with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods. Properly document all transactions related to order processing for record-keeping purposes. - Manage daily store operations, overseeing housekeeping, safety compliance activities, and maintaining the overall store condition. Implement best practices to enhance store efficiency. - Coordinate and report inventory-related information to internal departments such as procurement, production, and accounts. Provide regular reports on stock levels, shortages, excess inventory, and other relevant information to the Vice President. Address and resolve discrepancies and operational issues. - Supervise and train store staff, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. - Proven experience in inventory management and store operations. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers. - Previous experience in team management and training. - Knowledge of best practices in inventory control and store efficiency.,
