Job Description

You will be working as a Store Representative for a leading retail store specializing in electronics and computer hardware. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, the store offers a wide range of quality products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner within the store - Provide product information, pricing, and recommendations based on customer needs - Manage sales transactions, issue invoices, and handle basic billing software - Maintain product displays, organize inventory, and ensure store cleanliness - Coordinate with the back-office and stock team for inventory updates - Handle basic customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support - Keep daily sales records and assist in stock audits - Learn and stay updated with product specifications, new arrivals, and technical features Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: 05 years of experience in sales, retail, or store operations (preferably in electronics or IT hardware) - Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English and the local language - Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, inventory tools) - Customer-first attitude with a professional and friendly personality - Ability to work in a team and handle pressure during busy hours - Willingness to learn about technical products and services Please note that this is a permanent job opportunity that requires you to work in person at the specified store location.
