Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Dehradun. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR activities including employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, and managing employee benefits. The intern will also be involved in personnel management and supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks. Qualifications Understanding of Human Resources (HR), HR Policies, and HR Management Experience or knowledge in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Show more Show less
