The Shop Floor Supervisor at RitikaaWood, a premier Timber Engineering Company, will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations related to overseeing the manufacturing process. In this role, you will ensure that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to high quality standards. Your duties and responsibilities will include deciding daily work targets for operators, assigning work based on their skill metrics, handling manpower, following the production plan, checking product quality, performing machine setups, and approving the first piece on the production register. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining discipline on the shop floor, recording rejections and rework on a daily basis, ensuring safety, hygiene, and 5S standards are maintained, and utilizing tools such as Auto CAD, ERP, and MSCIT. This is a full-time position located in Nashik, and the ideal candidate should have 5 to 6 years of experience along with a DME or BE Mechanical Engineering background.
