Duties and responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the paintshop team to ensure efficient and high-quality painting operations
• Oversee the application of paint and finishes on wooden products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
• Monitor and control paint consumption, minimizing waste and optimizing usage
• Maintain paintshop equipment and machinery, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness
• Collaborate with production team to meet production targets and deadlines
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures for painted products
• Train and develop paintshop staff on painting techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation

Desired Skills:-

• Familiarity with wooden furniture manufacturing processes
• Experience with paintshop equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
