Job Purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, manage data, and contribute to improving our hiring processes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Screening & Sourcing

    : Identify and shortlist relevant profiles from multiple job portals and other sourcing platforms.
  • Initial Interviews

    : Conduct telephonic and virtual screening rounds to evaluate candidates suitability.
  • Job Postings:

    Create and post job openings across various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.) to ensure maximum visibility.
  • Recruitment Collaterals

    : Assist in preparing job packets including job descriptions, interview assessments, and evaluation templates.
  • Data Management

    : Maintain organised databases of resumes, candidate pipelines, and interview records.
  • Coordination

    : Support in scheduling interviews and follow-ups between candidates and interview panels.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
