About the Internship

HR Intern


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Coordinate walk-in and virtual interviews.
  • Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, attendance, and HR records.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Help with HR reporting and daily HR operations.


Eligibility & Skills

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in

    HR, Business Administration, or Management

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation.
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
