Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive Location: Chennai (On-site) Experience: 2 years Department: Digital Marketing Reports To: Founder / CEO Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience) Job Overview: We’re looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing Executive to run and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving ROAS, and scaling user acquisition for our SaaS product(s) and the complete range of products related to our Clients'. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Monitor daily campaign performance and report key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CAC. Collaborate with content / design teams for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages. Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Tag Manager to analyze user behavior and make data-driven decisions. Manage budgets across multiple campaigns and ensure cost efficiency. Keep up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Deliver results. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. Proven track record of managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, or LinkedIn. Strong understanding of conversion funnels, retargeting, and lead generation. Proficiency with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMRush and SimilarWeb. Good communication skills and a data-first mindset. Certification in Google Ads or Meta is a plus. Bonus Skills (Good to Have): Experience working with CRM/marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp. Knowledge of SEO basics, email marketing, or content funnels. Familiarity with B2B SaaS buyer personas and lead scoring.
