Senior Performance Marketing Manager / Senior Paid Media Specialist

Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
and other platforms like
Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X, and programmatic networks
.
Develop and implement comprehensive
digital advertising strategies
aligned with business goals.
Manage
large advertising budgets
efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, ad copy testing, audience targeting, and bid management.
Track and analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and deliver actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure ad content and landing pages are conversion-optimized.
Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging ad technologies.
Manage and mentor junior team members or external agencies, as applicable.

Requirements

5–8+ years
of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and other paid media channels.
Proven track record of running
high-budget campaigns
with measurable ROI.
Deep understanding of
performance marketing metrics
(CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Expertise in
Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
.
Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills using data-driven insights.
Experience in
A/B testing
, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Google Ads Certification or similar credentials preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience with
eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B
performance marketing.
Familiarity with
automation tools
,
data visualization dashboards
, or
AI-driven ad optimization
platforms.
Team leadership or agency management experience.
