We empower MSMEs across India to go digital and grow through On-line Sales. Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Head to lead our national sales efforts. This is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding Ghoshak’s customer base across tier 1, 2, and 3 markets. Key Responsibilities: Own the end to end sales strategy planning, execution, revenue growth, and forecasting. Hire, train, and manage a Tele sales team and Customer Retention team. Develop and execute strategies to capture MSME/SMB clients in key sectors (retail, food, services, etc.). Build a strong reseller distributor network across India for faster GTM execution. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent lead flow and customer experience. Track KPIs like monthly sales targets, CAC, conversion ratios, churn rate, etc. Leverage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) for pipeline and team management. Represent Ghoshak at industry events, partner meets, and networking forums. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, Fintech, or SME tech segments. Proven track record of scaling revenue and leading high-performing sales teams. Experience selling to micro and small businesses across urban and rural markets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Fluent in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus). Comfortable with data, analytics, and performance-driven culture. Preferred (Good to Have): Familiarity with tier 2/3 market penetration strategy. Prior exposure to channel/dealer network sales.

Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive Location: Chennai (On-site) Experience: 2 years Department: Digital Marketing Reports To: Founder / CEO Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience) Job Overview: We’re looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing Executive to run and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms. You will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving ROAS, and scaling user acquisition for our SaaS product(s) and the complete range of products related to our Clients'. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Monitor daily campaign performance and report key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CAC. Collaborate with content / design teams for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages. Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Tag Manager to analyze user behavior and make data-driven decisions. Manage budgets across multiple campaigns and ensure cost efficiency. Keep up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Deliver results. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. Proven track record of managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, or LinkedIn. Strong understanding of conversion funnels, retargeting, and lead generation. Proficiency with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMRush and SimilarWeb. Good communication skills and a data-first mindset. Certification in Google Ads or Meta is a plus. Bonus Skills (Good to Have): Experience working with CRM/marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp. Knowledge of SEO basics, email marketing, or content funnels. Familiarity with B2B SaaS buyer personas and lead scoring.
